The HEAVY-DUTY Aluminium Truck Body solution has been designed and manufactured as an alternative to the traditional steel method. Being half the weight of a steel tray, the same size and offering comparable strength, our Heavy-Duty tray provides numerous benefits to users.

Our range of Heavy-Duty aluminium truck bodies are designed to suit all types of truck models from 4500GVM to 8700GMV. With an engineer certified Safe Work Load (SWL) rating of 980kg per pallet space, a point load rating of 250kg and a range of deck thicknesses available up to 8mm, the Heavy-Duty Tray can be built to suit all industries and applications.

Our product gives you the benefit of increased weight saving which provides larger carrying capacity and better fuel economy as well as being non-rust and low maintenance.
