Duralloy Truck Bodies have designed and manufactured the Extra Heavy-Duty aluminium tray as an equivalent alternative to the traditional steel method. With an engineer certified and Safe Work Load (SWL) rating of 2100kg per pallet space and optional floor thickness upgrades of up 8mm, the Extra Heavy-Duty Tray provides many benefits to a range industries.

The Extra Heavy-Duty Truck bodies is extremely strong and resilient but still gives you the benefit of increased weight saving providing greater carrying capacity and better fuel economy for all users. Being a non-rust tray solution, our products are very low maintenance as they do not require repainting or rust proofing.

Our Extra Heavy-Duty truck bodies are designed particularly to suit all types of trucks from 6500GVM up to 18000GVM, but can be built to suit smaller models for customers looking for a stronger more robust tray solution.
